Child Protection Center Celebrates Executive Director’s 30 Years of Service
The Child Protection Center, Inc. (CPC) proudly announces the 30th anniversary of Executive Director Doug Staley’s service to the agency, marking three decades of unwavering dedication to protecting children from abuse and strengthening families. Doug began his journey at CPC in January 1995 as an intern facilitating parenting classes, an opportunity guided by Dr. Kay Glasser. Children First Staff Earn National Family Development Credential
Children First, the exclusive provider of Head Start and Early Head Start services for Sarasota County, is proud to announce that four employees have completed the rigorous process of earning the National Family Development Credential (FDC) awarded through the University of Connecticut. The Family Development Credential (FDC), established in 1994, prepares frontline workers to coach families in setting and achieving goals for healthy self-reliance. To earn the credential, participants complete 90 hours
