Venice Cooling, Heating & Plumbing, a trusted leader in plumbing, heating, and cooling services since 1974, is proud to announce the launch of the Venice Cooling Trades Academy, a new in-house training program designed to prepare individuals for long-term careers in the skilled trades.

The Venice Cooling Trades Academy is open to individuals 18 years and older, including recent high school graduates and those seeking a new career path in the HVAC field. The program offers a structured training environment focused on developing both technical and professional skills needed to succeed in the HVAC industry.

Unlike many training programs that require on-the-job learning in customer homes, the Venice Cooling Trades Academy provides training in-house, allowing students to gain confidence and experience in a controlled environment before entering the field.
