Children First Names New Board Leadership for 2025
 
(Sarasota, FL) January 23, 2025 – Children First, Inc., the exclusive provider of Head Start and Early Head Start services for Sarasota County, is proud to announce its slate of board leadership for 2025.
 
At the agency’s annual board reception on January 22, Michael K. Suarez, former Executive Director of Sarasota County Emergency Services and Children First alumnus, was formally welcomed as Board Chair. Elizabeth Stamoulis, Esq., Partner at Williams Parker Attorneys at Law, was welcomed as Vice Chair.
 
Joe Stephan, former Vice President for the National Cash Register Corporation’s international division and Rebecca M. Lieberher, Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, were welcomed as Treasurer and Secretary respectively.
 
Keith G. Johnson, Principal at Homrich Berg Family Office, was thanked for his service throughout 2024 as he steps into his role as Chair Emeritus.
 
Other directors on the board include Thomas L. Cunningham, Lisa Giglio, Kenneth Hughes, Carol L. Kalikow, Elenor Maxheim, Linda L. Monda, and Robert L. Moulds. The Children First Board of Directors is comprised of community members and leaders from the human services, corporate, investment, and philanthropic sectors of our region.
