October 15, 2024 – Nokomis, FL - Due to the recent impact of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Aura Apartments has rescheduled its grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony, initially planned for this week. To help those affected by the storms, Aura has introduced a Hurricane Housing Program to provide temporary housing solutions while homes in the area are restored, remediated, or rebuilt.

In response to the impact felt by the area, Aura is offering short-term leases with flexible termination options, all while maintaining pre-storm rental rates. With over 200 units immediately available—including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as townhomes—the community is committed to offering displaced individuals and families a secure and stress-free housing option during this challenging time.
