Herrera Psychology Hosts Ribbon Cutting for New Office 

Herrera Psychology officially opened a brand new office today in South Sarasota 

Sarasota, FL, January 29, 2025 – Herrera Psychology is excited to announce their new office in South Sarasota at 8830 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 100 – the occasion was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Venice and Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. 

The event kicked off with a welcome from owner and founder, Dr. Stacie Herrera who first opened the practice doors in 2016. She has since grown the business to a team of 10 who provide services including evaluations, therapy, and telehealth. 

Along with the run-of-the-mill ribbon-cutting festivities, Dr. Herrera announced a new platform she is pioneering – Telement.AI. This website is an innovative tool that provides real-time strategies for mental health backed by experts. Ready for teens, students, parents, and educators – Telement.AI has eight specialized brain coaches prepared for your unique questions. 

The new office is also shared with another business - HumanizEDU, a company co-founded by Dr. Herrera alongside her sister, Sandi Herrera. Their team is on a mission to proactively solve the mental health crisis in our schools – currently servicing seven charter schools in the area. 

“This was such a fantastic opportunity to share my mission of connecting hearts and strengthening minds by collaborating for youth mental health. This year is not only about direct service but about wrapping around the stakeholders in youths' lives.” Dr. Herrera
