Founded by Rev. Dr. Ellen Louise Mosti, a Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Theology in Spiritual Health & Healing, ordained minister, bestselling author, and transformational coach, Lightness1All bridges science, spirituality, creativity, and whole-person healing.

Through her bestselling book, energy work, transformational coaching, creative experiences, and intimate retreats, Dr. Ellen helps women release old patterns, reclaim their voice, restore joy, and create lives with greater self-love, freedom, and choice.
