Venice Area Chamber's 2023 Large Business of the Year Winner! On behalf of Owner and Operator Richard Michaels: Welcome to our Chick-fil-A! It's my full-time-job and really my passion to make sure your visit is always a great one. While I am part of a large organization, as an Owner-Operator, I'm actually an individual business partner of Chick-fil-A. This brings not only responsibility and accountability, which is good for Guests and our Team Members alike, it also allows me to bring a local flavor to the restaurant. As a member of this great community, I get involved with schools, charities, and community events that mean something to our neighbors and team-and make our community life better and more enjoyable. It's also my privilege as your Owner-Operator to serve your local community touchpoint for Chick-fil-A Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that puts into action our company's commitment to supporting youth, education, and other causes. I served 20 years in the U.S. Army, twice in operation Iraqui Freedom, so I understand and hold true to selfless service to others and building high-performing teams that are committed to achieving excellence. I am always grateful and humbled when you choose to dine with us. We desire to serve you by going the extra mile to ensure you have a remarkable experience while at our restaurant.
