VACC New Member Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce.
Eligibility for a Business Membership or termination is based on the following Chamber By-Laws. Business Members attest, by submitting this application, that they meet the following qualifications:
Engaged in trade, business or profession within the service area; have all required local business receipt(s) and permits to lawfully engage in the applicant’s trade, business or profession; have no unsatisfied judgments arising from or related to the applicants trade, business or profession, have no felony convictions for fraud or theft within the past five years; have no civil judgments or final administrative orders finding that the applicant engaged in theft of an unfair trade or business practice within the past three years.
For the purpose of advancing the general welfare and quality of the Venice area so that its citizens and all areas of its business shall prosper, I am submitting this application for membership in the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce for one year and to continue in effect until otherwise notified in writing. No refunds will be remitted for membership dues. I understand the provisions outlined above and agree to abide by the terms.
