Exit 193 from I-75 take exit 193 (Jacaranda Blvd) - go south to round about at E Venice Ave and go west to 501 W. Venice Ave where the office is located for both properties.
About Us
Venice Beach Villas is your home away from home. We are successfully owner operated for 15 years as of 2018. Located on the beautiful Island of Venice in Venice, FL, our vacation rentals are only a short walk from the Venice Public Beach, where the sunsets are lovely and the shark’s teeth are plentiful. The quaint historic downtown Venice shops and restaurants are also just a short stroll away.
We have efficiency units, studios, one bedroom and two bedroom accommodations sleeping from one to six people. All units have a fully equipped kitchen with the exception of the efficiency which has a mini kitchen with fridge and microvave.
We have 2 locations, one on Venice Ave and one on Menedez St (just 2 blocks form the Venice Ave location.) Each location has WIFI, gas grills, beach bikes, laundry facilities, beautiful community patio areas and there is guest business office at the Menendez St location.
