About Us
VAWCC is a social and philanthropic organization formed to promote fellowship among college women and to encourage their personal growth and participation in community affairs. Founded in 1959, we meet monthly from October through May on the second Tuesday of the month. We enjoy lunch, a book review and an educational program, while meeting and socializing with women from around the country. Our modest dues support cour scholarship program at State College of Florida, started in 1976,
