HVAC Sales Representative
Venice Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is seeking a high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultant who consistently closes at a high level and wants unlimited earning potential, strong support, and real career advancement.
This role is built for experienced professionals who are confident in the home, value professionalism, and expect to be rewarded for performance.
This Role is For You If You:
- Are a proven closer?
- Want company-provided, qualified leads – not cold calls

What You’ll Do
- Run pre-qualified residential sales appointments generated by marketing, CSRs, and technicians
- Conduct in-home comfort evaluations and present best-fit HVAC solutions
- Close sales consistently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Build trust, confidence, and long-term relationships with homeowners
- Represent a respected, established brand with professionalism

- Documented success as a sales professional
- Strong closing skills with confidence presenting options in the home
- Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-driven
- Professional appearance and attitude
