The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
 
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and trial balance.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor and customer management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle payroll responsibilities, including timekeeping, tax calculations, and employee benefit administration.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor spending, and analyze cash flow.
 
Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to address inquiries and requests from senior management.
 
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional qualifications as an Accounting Manager preferred.

Salary: $60,000 + (additional with relative experience)
