This interactive workshop will highlight strategies for raising resilient children while running a thriving business. Drawing from psychology, real-world parenting experience, and her own journey as a founder, Dr. Herrera will share practical tools for navigating stress, setting healthy boundaries, and staying present both at home and in the office.
