        Celebrate a momentous milestone for Loveland Living, the grand opening of the Independence Villas and Equality Lofts!
        Since first opening in 2016, the Senator Nancy C. Detert Residential Community (SNCDRC) has stood as a pioneering model in inclusive living. As the first purpose-built residential community designed specifically for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, this expansion continues its mission of providing opportunities for independence, belonging, and connection.
        The addition of two new neighborhoods marks an exciting new chapter. Alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the community also welcomes low-income seniors and members of the nonprofit workforce, creating a vibrant, supportive environment where people of all abilities can thrive together.
