Changing Youth Lives Through Sailing

Learn. Explore. Grow.

Join us for a ribbon cutting celebration of the new dock at Higel Marine Park, made possible through a generous grant from the Selby Foundation.

Through the sport of sailing, young people gain much more than time on the water. Sailing instills leadership, sportsmanship, and seamanship while helping youth develop confidence, independence, and responsibility. As sailors take the helm of their own boats, they build critical decision-making skills, self-reliance, and perseverance. These lessons extend far beyond sailing, shaping the character and life skills that will serve them for years to come.

Come celebrate this exciting milestone and the opportunities it will create for the next generation of sailors.
