Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in HVAC and understands that a strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential. Technical skills can be taught — attitude, reliability, and willingness to work cannot.

This role includes a structured training period where you will learn proper HVAC installation standards, how to perform maintenance on HVAC systems, and be taught professional customer service skills.

Required Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and respectful
   

• Comfortable working with tools and hands-on tasks
   

• Ability to follow instructions and accept coaching
   

• Good communication skills with customers and team members
   

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
   

Note: Without a positive attitude and strong effort, this position will not be a good fit.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
   

• Ability to work in Florida heat and humid conditions
   

• Ability to work in hot, confined attic spaces

• Ability to stand, kneel, climb, and crawl as required
