Understanding ACA Changes: What You Need to Know to Keep Your Individual Health Coverage

Florida Blue invites you to a vital workshop to help businesses, individuals and families prepare for significant changes to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that will impact health insurance coverage in 2026 and beyond.
With the expiration of enhanced premium tax credits and new federal regulations introduced through the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” many Floridians who currently purchase individual health insurance, either through the federal Marketplace or directly from insurers, may face higher costs, stricter enrollment requirements, and reduced access to coverage.
This workshop will break down:

What’s changing in the ACA and how it affects individual policies both on and off the exchange.
Steps you need to take to maintain your coverage or explore new options.
Key deadlines for open enrollment and what documents or decisions you’ll need to prepare.
How Florida Blue can support you through these transitions with resources, guidance, and plan options.
